Items must be unused and in the same condition as when received. Custom items and personalized products may not be eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Restocking Fee

Most returns are processed without a restocking fee. However, custom or specially sourced items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the item price.
